Waterproof HD Camcorder Sanyo DMX-CA100 To Be Available In June

Sanyo has released the world’s first waterproof full HD camcorder that is capable of recording 1080p resolution.  This is the perfect device for people who like to often go boating, snorkeling, scuba, etc. The camera is called the Sanyo DMX-CA100 and it will be available at the end of June.  The camera can record underwater at about 3 meters for up to an hour while meeting IPX8 standards.  Resolution for video is 1920 x 1080 with MPEG-4 AVC and H.264 formats.  The camera can also take 14 megapixel pictures, including 22 photos in a row at 7 frames per second if you want sequential shooting.  Zoom is 12x.
