Carla Ziber-Smith was born in 1962 and passed away this past May. She was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gherig’s disease in December 2007. About a year ago she made a clever goodbye video about what it is like to be in heaven. She also has a blog: carlamuses.blogspot.com. Ziber-Smith, a comedian will soon be releasing a documentary called Leave Them Laughing: A Musical Comedy About Dying.
