888 Holdings has acquired social gaming company Myotopia for $18 million.  Myotopia has developed several successful Facebook games such as Bingo Island 2 and Pacific Poker.  Myotopia also developed games for mobile platforms such as the iPhone and Android.  If Myotopia hits several milestones by 2011, the acquisition price could hit $48 million.  Myotopia previously raised money from SK Telecom Ventures and Benhamou Global Ventures.
