Trend Micro has signed a deal to acquire Humyo, a cloud storage company.  Humyo also does file synchronization.  Trend Micro is a security company that plans to integrate Humyo into their own line of services.  Humyo is based in Leeds, England that has over 20 employees and services over 700,000 people.
