Earlier this month, I wrote about how Twitter is launching a new account called @Earlybird that will send out deals from brand partners. Twitter announced today that they have just launched their first @earlybird deal with Walt Disney Pictures. The deals offered on @earlybird are exclusive to Twitter and will give people access to deals in fashion, travel, beauty, technology, etc.

Disney Pictures’ @Earlybird special is a “buy one, get one free” deal for tickets to “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.” This is a new film by Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films that opens in theaters today. This is the second time Twitter has worked with Disney for advertising initiatives. Last month, Disney set up a Promoted Trend for Toy Story 3.
