Twitter is testing out a new feature called “Tweet Media.” this feature was temporarily added to several Twitter accounts. This means videos and photos would be embedded in the stream. The Tweet Media feature asked if you want to see photos and videos from everyone in your Twitter stream.
This is the description of the feature:
“By default, you’ll only see images and videos shared by people you’re following, and reveal those by people you’re not. Check this box to see media from everyone on Twitter.”
Currently Inline Media is already embedded in Twitter’s iPhone and Android apps.
