Zynga Hires Dave Wehner As CFO

Social gaming company Zynga has hired Dave Wehner as the company CFO.  Zehner is a former managing director at Allen & Company.  Mark Vranesh, the current CFO of Zynga is becoming the chief accountant.  Quite possibly one of the reasons for the hire is that Zynga may be considering an IPO.

Wehner worked on technology related investments while working at Allen & Co.  He was in charge of the company’s investment in Pandora, Stubhub, and Quantcast.
