Social bookmarking service Reddit.com recently asked their users if they could help out the company by making donations. Even though their parent company Conde Nast is a multi-billion dollar publication agency, they have a limited budget themselves and have only 4 employees.


TweetDeck founder Iain Dodsworth has announced on the company blog that they have hit 15 million downloads. The company now employs 15 people in London, New York, and France. TweetDeck also raised $3.5 million in funding.

Paul Ceglia has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of New York’s Allegany County on June 30. Ceglia claims that he signed a contract in 2003 with Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. He believes he is owed ownership and monetary damages.


Mobile ad network company InMobi has raised $8 million from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sherpalo Ventures. After this round of funding, InMobi now has $15.6 million in total venture capital. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has removed threads from their support forums that relate to the negative review given by Consumer Reports. Consumer Reports initially recommended the iPhone 4, but took it back after doing some testing on the antenna problem.


Geo-location service Foursquare has surpassed 2 million users this past weekend. It took about 12 months for Foursquare to hit their first million and hit another million a few months after. Foursquare started around March 2009. Currently the company is valued at $95 million based on over $20 million raised in VC funding.
