Paul Ceglia claims he had a contract with Mark Zuckerberg that entitles him to 84% ownership in Facebook. Paul Ceglia has a signed contract with Mark Zuckerberg. Ceglia hired Mark Zuckerberg when he was a college freshman to create a website that is a reference for street intersections to be used by insurance companies and other related companies. Ceglia claimed that Zuckerberg took $1,000 of his money and signed a contract giving him 50% of a project Zuckerberg was working on called “The Face Book.” But due to contractual provisions, Ceglia said the stake is 84% now.

Horatio Toure rode his bicycle up to a woman Monday afternoon in the South of Market neighborhood in San Francisco to steal her iPhone.  The woman was carrying the iPhone as part of Apple’s demonstration of a real-time GPS tracking program.  The man did not look at the phone, otherwise he would have noticed a map that was tracking his location in real-time.

Nokia has just released their earnings release and it is not looking too good.  So it is no surprise that the company is seeking a new CEO due to the company’s lack of high-end smartphone market share. Nokia’s net sales in Q2 2010 was 10 billion euros ($12.8 billion).  The company also shipped out 111 million mobile devices.  This is up from Q3 2009.  But the company’s net income fell to 227 million euros which is down from 380 million euros from a year earlier.  This is a 40% drop in net profit. Below is the full press release from Nokia:

Verizon currently offers mobile broadband in chunks that are between 100MB to 1GB with a price of $15 to $50, respectively.  1GB can be consumed rather quickly if you constantly use YouTube, Hulu, Pandora, etc.  But rumor has it that Verizon plans to launch a 5GB prepaid mobile broadband option for $80. Pandora Hits 60 Million Registered Users

Music service recommendation and social service Pandora.com has hit 60 million registered users.  In April Pandora had 50 million users and in they had 40 million December.  Before these numbers, it took all of 2009 for Pandora to go from 20 million to 40 million users.
