Apple Applies For Glass Store Trademark

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has applied for a trademark on their signature Glass Store architecture in New York City. The trademark application was filed on August 4, 2010 and is under the TEAS Plus Application 85097331. Apple previously filed for a trademark on the in-store glass staircase.
