Zynga Acquires Conduit Labs

Social gaming company Zynga has acquired Conduit Labs, a Boston based gaming company that raised about $8.5 million in funding from Charles River ventures and Prism VentureWorks. Conduit Labs will be now known as Zynga Boston and they will focus on product development there. Conduit Labs started in 2007. [TechCrunch]
