At the IFA conference this week, ViewSonic is showcasing a 7-inch Android tablet and a 10-inch dual-boot Windows and Android tablet device. The 7-inch Android tablet will be known as the ViewPad 7.

“The ViewPad 7, a 7″ Android tablet with 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, access to thousands of applications and front and back-facing cameras will be previewed for the first time in Europe,” stated ViewSonic in a press release. The ViewPad 7 also has GPS, MicroSD slot, Bluetooth, G-Sensor, and USB ports.

The 10-inch dual-booting ViewSonic tablet uses an Intel processor and dual-boots the Android and Windows operating systems. This is the first device I have heard of where a Google and a Microsoft operating system will be dual-booting with each other.
