Pictured this screenshot is a girl that threw a bunch of defenseless puppies into a river. The video of the event went on the Internet and people were outraged. 4chan started by finding information about the YouTube account who uploaded the video at first. Then they found him on a Croatian gaming forum complaining about 4chan. Popular movie director Michael Bay even offered a $50,000 reward for anyone who identified the girl and brought her to justice.

An Internet man-hunt led by 4chan began shortly after. The Bosnian police identified the girl and immediately hit her with a $6,400 fine. The girl lives in Bugojno in Bosnia. Apparently the girl felt bad for what she did and apologized in a new video that was uploaded. Below is a message that she wrote:

The girl named Katja Puschnik wrote:

“My name is Katja Puschnik and I would like to apologize [sic] for my behavior. The puppies belonged to my grandma and she told me to get rid of them because they were only 3 days and were ill. They had parasites from their mother. I didn’t know [sic] exactly what to do so I threw [sic] them in the river because it was a short death, I did not want to make them suffer. I am really sorry for this :-(

This is the second man-hunt that recently took place through the Internet. Another lady was part of an Internet man-hunt after she placed a cat in a garbage bin. She was identified immediately after the Internet man-hunt took place and brought to justice.
