Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) CEO Michael Dell appeared at the Oracle OpenWorld conference this past week to announce a new 7-inch tablet and said that his company is on track to hit $60 billion in revenues this year. The new tablet appears to run on the Google Android operating system.

Last month Dell announced a five-inch tablet called the Streak. The Streak is available through Dell’s online company store. The Streak will also be available at Best Buy stores next month.

Over the past two quarters, Dell’s revenue has grown 20%. “It looks like we’ll probably do that again this quarter as well,” said Michael Dell. Now Wall Street is projecting Dell to post revenue of $62.4 billion for this current fiscal year.
