Nokia MeeGo Chief Ari Jaaksi Resigns

MeeGo is a Linux-based open source operating system project announced at Mobile World Congress in February 2010 through a partnership between Intel and Nokia. Ari Jaaksi, a VP of Nokia MeeGo has resigned this past week. Ari’s departure from MeeGo will not affect the rollout schedule for MeeGo’s first device at the end of 2010. Ari’s resignation follows the recent departure of former Nokia CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo and Anssi Vanjoki. [Engadget]
