Mobile Video Application Tango Hits 1 Million Downloads In 10 Days

Tango is a mobile video chat application that launched a couple of weeks ago. The company reported that they hit 1 million mobile application downloads in 10 days. The Tango application allows users to video chat on Android and iOS on 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi.

Tango isn’t the only application that lets you video chat on 3G. Tango will see some competition from Yahoo! Messenger for the iPhone, who recently added that feature.

When Tango launched, they debuted as the top Social Networking application on the Apple App Store in nine countries. Tango was also ranked in the top 10 Communications app on the Android marketplace.
