The privacy of ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews was violated last year when a stalker uploaded a video of her at a hotel walking around nude. The stalker went to jail for 30 months but the photos are still circulating on the Internet, including on a website called TheDirty.com. Lawyer Scott Carr e-mailed TheDirty.com a cease and desist letter this week asking them to take down the images and remove the articles so that it would not appear on Google anymore. The lawyer claims that Andrews now has legal ownership of the photos.

Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) and Kodak will now let you print photos from Facebook through in-store kiosks. To print your Facebook photos, you simply have to log in to your account from the kiosk. Domain name Sex.com has been sold for $13 million. The domain went for auction on July 2010 after owner Escom LLC went bankrupt. Clover Holdings, a company in the Caribbeans put in the highest bid. At one point Sex.com was owned by a conman that stole it from the original owner. The transaction will go through if the judge in a bankruptcy court approves it.

Shazam will be a free download on the Windows Phone Marketplace. As part of the initial offer, Windows Phone 7 users have unlimited tagging. If you hear a song you like but don’t know the name, then you can use Shazam to identify the song name, artist, and album.
