David Kernell, the Tennessee student that hacked into Sarah Palin’s e-mail account is asking if he can skip prison-time. Kernell, 22, was convicted of misdemeanor computer intrusion and a felony count of obstruction of justice. The jury found him not guilty of wire-fraud charge after 4 days of debate.

Timbaland is known for working closely with Aaliyah, Missy Elliott, Ginuwine, Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, OneRepublic, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Madonna, The Game, etc. Timbaland released three solo albums and three albums under the group Timbaland & Magoo. You can add contacts from the Find Your Friends page or from the new module on the Flickr homepage. You can designate people as a friend, family member, or contact. MySpace is relaunching a new design of their website today and is rebranding themselves with a new logo. The complete redesign will not be live until the end of November but there are screenshots of the new look floating around. MySpace is trying to appeal to the 13-35 year old audience and is aiming to become “the leading entertainment destination that is socially powered by the passions of fans and curators.” MySpace currently does not have the best reputation as of right now so I could see why they have a high interest in overhauling their entire look. Foursquare, Google, the Rock the Vote campaign, and the Pew Center have partnered to encourage voting during the upcoming election. Foursquare’s initiative is called “I Voted.” The initiative will track people in real-time that are at polling stations across the country. After voting, people will receive a “I Voted” badge. After that, they can shout out to their friends with the #ivoted hashtag.
