AutoTrader.com has acquired Kelley Blue Book Co., Inc. for a reported price of over $500 million. AutoTrader.com expects to make a substantial amount of additional advertising revenues from the acquisition. AutoTrader.com will also buy Kelley’s sister company CDMdata. T-Mobile sent out a memo announcing a tethering plan that will be launching on November 3. The Tethering and Wi-Fi Sharing Add-On will have a monthly cost of $14.99. Customers will be able to use their smartphones as a tethering device or WiFi hotspot. You will need a 3G or HSPA+ device with an unlimited plan of $19.95 or higher. The offer is available to postpaid and Flex Pay customers.

ITA Software is the provider of flight data for many travel websites including Kayak.com, Farelogix, Sabre Holdings, and Expedia.
