Sony Brings Vaio Y Down To 11.6 Inches

Sony has taken the 13.3 inch Sony Vaio Y and shrunk it down to 11.6 inches. This is a similar move to what Apple did with their MacBook Air. The new VPCYA19FJ/B model has a 1366×768 resolution and sports an INtel Core i3-380UM processor running at 1.33GHz. The hard drive space is 320GB and there is a 2GB-8GB memory options. Connectivity includes Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Ethernet, and the HDMI port. The battery life is about 6 hours. People in Japan can buy it on November 27th. Prices and the U.S. arrival is not yet known. [Engadget]
