News Corp. Is Acquiring 90% Of Wireless Generation For $360 Million

News Corporation (NASDAQ:NWS) is acquiring 90% of Wireless Generation for $360 million in cash. Wireless Generation is a Brooklyn based company that creates education technology for teachers. Wireless Generation will continue to operate independently after the acquisition. Wireless Generation has about 400 employees and they server over 200,000 teachers.
