XDA-Developers has gotten their hands on pictures of Gingerbread 2.3 and the Nexus S. The Nexus S has a 720p camera. Below is a list of specs from the Nexus S:

- 512 or 328MB RAM
- 1GB or 2GB of internal memory
- 800×480 screen resolution
- 4″ screen size
