The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) and their subsidiary Playdom has settled a lawsuit with Zynga. Zynga sued Playdom for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of the duty of loyalty, tortious interference with contracts, etc. The defendants in this lawsuit also includes four ex-Zynga and some Playdom employees.

After updating Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iOS to version 4.2, the Safari browser has seen some enhancements. Some of the improvements include accelerometer and gyroscope support. Facebook has shut down the Facebook Page and the Like buttons on Lamebook.com. This is happening because there was a trademark dispute between Facebook.com and Lamebook.com. Lamebook filed a declaratory judgment complaint against Facebook and they responded by filing a trademark infringement case.

Xiang Dong Yu was a 10 year veteran of Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F). Yu recently pleaded guilty in federal court on November 17 to charges that he had stolen $50 million in company secrets. This includes design documents. He then sold the company secrets to a U.S. rival of Ford.
