Google Launches 3 Million eBooks On New eBookstore

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has announced that Google eBooks will now be available in a new service called the Google eBookstore. The Google eBookstore has about 3 million titles for sale. The Google eBookstore works on the web, Android, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, the Barnes & Noble Nook, and Sony Reader. The Google eBookstore is compatible with your Google account login.
Google Books launched in 2004 and about 15 million books from over 35,000 have been digitized. Google worked with more than 40 libraries in over 100 countries across 400 languages. These books can be searched in the research section in the eBookstore.
