Google Launches Book Keyword Data Visualization Tool Called Ngram Viewer

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has recently announced a new data visualization service called Ngram Viewer. Ngram Viewer lets you do literary analysis to on comma-separated phrases for instances of the words between certain years that the user specifies. Google will then graph how often these words have appeared across the 15 million books that the company has scanned worldwide thus far.

Of the scanned 15 million books, about 5.2 million books are in Chinese, English, French, German, Russian and Spanish with a combination of about 500 billion words. Google Ngram Viewer can search through all of these words.
