iOS App Company Miso Media Raises $600,000 From Google Ventures and Other Angels

Google Ventures and a couple of angel investors has invested $600,000 in an iOS application development company called Miso Media. Along with Google, some of the other investors incldue Keith Rabois (Square COO) and Laura Ziskin (film producer). Miso builds music applications that are similar to Guitar Hero, but it uses real guitar fingering. The Miso apps will help you learn how to play guitar, bas guitar (four and five-string), banjo, mandolin, and the ukelele. Once approved by Apple, Miso Music will sell for an intro price of $2.99. Miso was co-founded by Ryan Tsukamoto, Aviv Grill, and Joselle Ho. [Mashable]
