EarthLink Acquires One Communications For $370M

EarthLink, Inc. (NASDAQ:ELNK) has acquired One Communications for $370 million. This price includes One Communication’s $285 million in debt. One Communications stockholders have the right to elect in receiving the net merger consideration in the form of cash or EarthLink common stock.
