CIA Forms WikiLeaks Task Force (WTF) Group

The Central Intelligence Agency has created a new group that is going to focus on the impact of WikiLeaks. Called the WikiLeaks Task Force (WTF), the new department will find out how the document leaks are affecting foreign relationships and operations.
