Dell Announces InSite One Acquisition

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) has announced that they are going to acquire InSite One. InSite One is a medical archiving cloud applications company. The acquisition price is undisclosed. InSite One lets medical professionals share images on the cloud in order to make diagnoses. Dell will roll InSite into their Unified Clinical Archive and DX Object Storage Platform. InSite is had about 3.6 billion medical images in their database.
