AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has refunded a U.S. soldier in Afghanistan $16,000 after a miscommunication took place. Pfc Jose Rivera was deployed to the Forward Operating Base Shindand in Afghanistan. He believed that his overseas calls would cost $4.95 per month. He made a lot of calls to his wife and newborn child during the time he was being billed at a much higher amount without knowing.

Paramount will be designing Silverlight-enhanced movies for the Windows Phone 7 devices. Paramount is releasing 10 enhanced movie applications for Windows Phone 7 starting with School of Rock. Samsung has placed a substantial order for the NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset. Now it is rumored that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab sequel will be powered by the Tegra 2. This year NASA had achieved many milestones.
