AdKeeper Raises $35 Million In Second Round Of Funding

AdKeeper is an advertising start-up company launched by founder Scott Kurnit this past fall. AdKeeper has raised $35 million in a second round of funding. AdKeeper is an interactive ad clipping services for people that want to bookmark ads for later view.

In the first round of funding, AdKeeper raised $8 million from True Ventures, DCM, and Spark Capital. This round was led by Oak Investment Partners. “When we started talking to the media guys, they didn’t get it,” said Kurnit in an interview with paidContent. “They said, ‘Who’s going to want to save an ad?’ But the venture capital guys did the due diligence and they saw the potential.”
