LG and Verizon Announce Android-Powered Revolution Smartphone

LG and Verizon Wireless have both announced the Android-powered Revolution smartphone. The Revolution smartphone will be available in the first half of 2011 and is compatible with 4G data plans. The Revolution specs are listed below:

-4G LTE connectivity with download speeds of 5 to 12 Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5 Mbps
-4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen with virtual keyboard
-5.0-megapixel autofocus camera with flash and camcorder
-Video telephony support with front-facing camera
-Mobile Hotspot capability – share 4G connection with up to 8 Wi-Fi devices
-Bluetooth 3.0
-DLNA, HDMI and DIVX capable
-16GB internal memory with microSD™ card slot with expandable memory up to 32GB
-Android 2.2
