Motorola is expecting to ship between 700,000-800,000 Xoom tablets in Q1 2011 according to DigiTimes. Not bad considering that the Xoom is not available for purchase yet. At this rate, Motorola could ship 3 million Xoom tablets by the end of 2011. The same DigiTimes source expects orders to go up as high as one million units in the quarter. The Xoom tablet has a 10.1-inch touch panel with a 1280×800 resolution, HDMI port, USB ports, 5-megapixel camera, NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, and LED flash light. [DigiTimes]
