FanBridge is a relationship management service commonly used by musicians, athletes, celebrities, etc. FanBridge has raised $2 million in Series A funding and has acquired Facebook fan management company Damntheradio. Angel investors Jeff Clavier, Chris Sacca, and Dave McClure provided FanBridge with $350,000 in seed capital around March 2009.
SoffTech VC, Lowercase Capital, First Round Capital, Founder Collective, Grape Arbor VC, Alex Zubillaga, and 500 Startups have invested in this round of funding. FanBridge manages about 90 million fans through email alone. Through the acquisition of Damntheradio, FanBridge plans to increase their Facebook fan management capabilities. The amount of the acquisition is not being disclosed, but TechCrunch is pegging it to be worth around seven figures.
