Kidnapper Ann Pettway Turns Herself In Through Facebook

Pictured above is Ann Pettway, a woman that kidnapped Carlina White when she was an infant in 1987. Pettway turned herself in to the police after contacting an officer through Facebook to explain the kidnapping. Now she is facing kidnapping charges.
