Donald LeBuhn is filing a lawsuit against Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) over the glass case that is manufactured on the iPhone 4. Donald LeBuhn filed a class action lawsuit against Apple in Los Angeles County. LeBuhn’s glass broke on his iPhone 4 when his daughter accidentally dropped it 3 feet from the ground when sending a text message.

LeBuhn said that he had a 3GS iPhone and dropped it from similar heights but did not have any issues. “Months after selling millions of iPhone 4s, Apple has failed to warn and continues to sell this product with no warning to customers that the glass housing is defective,” stated LeBuhn in a lawsuit.
