Verizon Wireless customers will have the option to make a mobile hot spot out of their iPhone for $20 per month for 2GB of data. This is on top of the voice and data plans that Verizon customers will already be paying. If customers go over the limit, they will be charged $20 per gigabyte. Up to 5 WiFi devices can be connected at a time to the hot spot. Verizon’s unlimited data plan will cost $30 per month for a limited time. As a comparison AT&T only lets you tether a single device to the iPhone through USB or Bluetooth.
