Zferral is an affiliate management company that has acquired software-as-a-service web app store company Cloudomatic for cash and equity. Cloudomatic was co-founded by Jason Baptiste and Andres Barreto. The two will remain at the company as advisors.

“There is a huge pain point for web app and SaaS companies when it comes to distribution, there is no doubt that referral and affiliate systems are by far one of the most efficient customer acquisition strategies, we are very excited to see how zferral’s growth is taking this to next level, making it very easy for any SaaS company to get up and running with their referral program,” stated Barreto.

Zferral will also integrate with Chargify to allow customers to manage billing for affiliate programs. Zferral saw about a 380% increase in paid subscribers over the last month.
