KickApps, Kewego, and Kyte Get Acquired For $77.2 Million By KIT digital

KIT digital is a cloud-based video asset management company that has acquired three social networking companies for $77.2 million – KickApps (social networking), Kewego (web video project management), and Kyte (mobile video platform). KickApps CEO Alex Blum will be the Global COO of KIT digital and KickApps CFO David Lapter will be the SVP of Finance and Administration at KIT. KIT digital chairman and CEO Kaleil Isaza Tuzman wrote:
