According to a forecast by eMarketer, Twitter is expected to make roughly $150 million in revenues for 2011 and around $250 million in 2012 as the company has been rapidly growing. A majority of the revenues is expected to be from U.S. partners. Twitter made about $45 million in 2010 which is the first year that the company sold ads.

Some of the advantages of Windows 7 over the iPad is a familiar user interface, application and device support for videoconferencing, a searchable file system, support of rich applications, online and offline support for Microsoft Office, 3rd party WAN optimizer support, SharePoint 2010 support, and full exchange server synchronization. Apple sold 7.33 million iPads during the last 3 months of 2010 making it the best-selling tech gadget in history. Google Launches Google Cloud Print For Mobile Gmail Service

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) announced today that they have launched Google Cloud Print for mobile Gmail. This lets you print from any app or any mobile device, web browser, or operating system without having to install drivers. To get Google Cloud Print to work with your printer, here is a link to the steps. Currently this service only works on Windows, but Google plans on launching this service for the Mac and Linux soon. All you will have to do is choose “Print” from the drop-down menu on gmail.com from your iPhone, Android, or other devices. You will also be able to print PDF, DOC, and other Office documents using the “Print” link that appears next to it.

The FCC and other organizations have been considering launching a “Do Not Track” software that would allow people a simple way to opt out of ads.

A hacker by the name of Banksy the Lucky Stiff has put together a website called fQwiki. fQwiki is a replica of Qwiki that he put together in 6 hours. Qwiki recently closed $8 million in funding from several high-profile investors including Jawed Karim and Eduardo Saverin. fQwiki was made in 321 lines of HTML. “This code is not pretty, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s only been 6 hours, but based on funding patterns I should be able to raise a few million off of this,” wrote Banksy the Lucky Stiff. fQwiki works best in the Chrome and Safari browsers.
