Voddler Raises $8 Million In Funding Led By Nokia

Nokia Growth Partners and several other investors has invested $8 million in Voddler. Voddler is like the Netflix or Hulu of Scandinavia. Voddler served about 5 million movies from 3,500 movie titles. Content streamed from Voddler comes from domestic and international companies. More than 80% of the content on Voddler is available free of charge. Voddler’s headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden. They use P2P technology for managing the video streaming. Voddler is currently available in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
