Mattel’s Ken doll is turning 50 years old and now the plastic man wants to win his girl Barbie back. Mattel had Ken and Barbie break up on Valentine’s Day in 2004. Mattel has planned a social media campaign to get some attention for their plan to get the two plastic dolls back together again. Mattel launched a Facebook and Twitter account for Barbie and Ken along with a complementary website: BarbieandKen.com.
