Slacker Radio Raises $3 Million In Debt Financing

Online radio company has raised $3 million in debt financing according to an SEC filing. They plan on using the funding to scale their business. Slacker plans to leveraging automotive and mobile partnerships this year. Supposedly Slacker has a deal with Audi in place. Slacker has mobile apps for BlackBerry, iOS, Android, Palm, webOS, and Windows Phone 7. Premium subscriptions with Slacker cost $4.99 per month or $3.99 per month on an annual basis. [TechCrunch]
