Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has announced an extension for the Google Chrome browser so that people can block websites from their web search results. Then the blocked search results get sent to Google to determine whether that website should be knocked down from the top results. Above is a screenshot of what it looks like when the extension is being used. Afterwards you can unblock and edit the list of websites you want blocked by going to the settings of the extension.
