Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) CEO Steve Ballmer announced at the Mobile World Congress conference that the company plans to upgrade the Windows Phone 7 operating system to support new features. The phone will have improved multitasking, simultaneous game play with an Xbox, and the Internet Explorer 9 browser. In March we may also see copy and paste, performance enhancements, and CDMA network support. [AllThingsD]
