According to Cult of Mac, the upcoming rumored smaller iPhones will only have enough memory to buffer media streamed from the cloud, meaning only storage memory. Memory in the iPhone 4 is one of the most expensive components in the smartphone. Content would be streamed from MobileMe. In other words, MobileMe would service as a “locker” for photos, music, videos, etc.
