Active Network Planning $150 Million IPO

Cloud computing applications company Active Network Inc. is planning to sell $150 million worth of common stock in order to repay debt and possibly acquire other companies. Active Network makes cloud computing applications for connecting organizers and participants. Active Network’s revenues rose 16% to $218 million in the first three quarters of last year. [WSJ]
