Google Docs Viewer Adds 12 New File Formats

The Google Docs Viewer is used by millions of people to view PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. Now Google Docs Viewer supports 12 new file types. This makes it easier to view content without the need to open desktop applications. Below is the list of the new file types that Google Docs Viewer supports:

-Microsoft Excel (.XLS and .XLSX)
-Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 / 2010 (.PPTX)
-Apple Pages (.PAGES)
-Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
-Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
-Autodesk AutoCad (.DXF)
-Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG)
-PostScript (.EPS, .PS)
-TrueType (.TTF)
-XML Paper Specification (.XPS)
