Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is planning to build a $5 billion microchip factory in Arizona by 2013. Construction for the facility is expected to begin at the middle of this year. The plan will make 14-nanometer line-width transistors and 300 millimeter microchip wafers. [Reuters]
