Politician and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger was the 38th Governor of California. After working in politics for the last 7 years, he has announced on Twitter that he is getting back into acting. “Exciting news. My friends at CAA have been asking me for 7 years when they can take offers seriously. Gave them the green light today,” wrote Schwarzenegger on Twitter. CAA is the Creative Artists Agency, which is a talent agency based in Hollywood. Schwarzenegger is best known for acting in hit movies like The Terminator, True Lies, Total Recall, and Predator.
Kyle Roberts is a videographer and that has recorded a music video for Denver Duncan called “Stalker.” The crazy thing about the music video is that it was recorded using a Nokia N8 phone. ViewSonic has announced a couple new products before Mobile World Congress 2011. The company has revealed the ViewSonic V350 Android smartphone and the ViewPad 10Pro dual-booting tablet. The V350 smartphone runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and has a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen. It also has dual SIM slots. So you can set up a work SIM card for phone calls and have another slot for personal calls and messages. The V350 also has a 5-megapixel camera, WiFi, A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, and a microSD slot.

Samsung has announced that they are renaming the processors that go into smartphones and tablets to Exynos. The name originates from the Greek words “smart” (exypnos) and “green” (prasinos). The new name will be applied to dual core processor codenamed Orion, which was announced in September 2010.
CaptureNGo is a new mobile application where you can store pictures of your receipts and business cards. Using the data stored on here, you can also create an Excel spreadsheet of expenses. The digital receipts can be approved by the IRS as well. The app is currently only available on BlackBerry and iPhone devices. The founder of CaptureNGo is David Peskin.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has invested $2 million in social media education company Inigral. Inigral created an app on Facebook called Schools and this is the first time that the Foundation made a direct equity investment in a for-profit company.
After announcing the partnership with Microsoft, Nokia announced that they have hired former Microsoft executive Chris Weber as the President of Nokia (U.S.). He will also serve as the head of markets North America. He will be replacing Mark Louison, who now has to pursue other opportunities. Bill Ackman’s hedge fund Pershing Capital has lost $125 million on its investment in Borders Group Inc. Ackman admitted that the Borders investment was a mistake. Borders is rumored to be filing for bankruptcy on Monday or Tuesday. Borders’ entire market cap is less than $30 million as of right now as well.
